The triple-faced Hierophant offers benediction with one hand and signals silence with the other. A mask of jewels and a mask of wood part to reveal a skull mask of bone hiding a human face of unknown identity. A keeper of wisdom worth sharing, a trickster, or a wolf in teacher's clothing? Maybe all of the above. The lily references Christian tradition along with purity. The rose represents beauty, love, and secrecy. The iris represents inspiration and vision. In the background a book of tradition lies open before a stained glass windows. The owl in the center represents academia, wisdom, night vision, and silent predation. The lighthouse symbolizes guidance and life-saving warnings through the fog, but foreshadows The Tower.
